TRAINING SITES
Requirements to be a Nebraska USA Wrestling Training Center:
- Must have current USA Club Charter.
- Open to anyone with a USA membership card. (Fees may vary by site).
- All three wrestling styles taught based on the season (folkstyle, freestyle, and Greco Roman).

University of Nebraska Wrestling
The regional training center will allow high school wrestlers to be able to come in and train with us from now through the rest of the summer. Practices will be held here in the wrestling room at Bob Devaney Sports Center from 3:30-5:30pm Monday thru Friday. Requirements to work out is that they need to bring and show proof of having a current USA wrestling card. This will give high school wrestlers a great opportunity to take their skills to the next level. Especially those that are training to go to Fargo or any other major F/S or Greco tournaments.
